So, what's Donkey Charge mean?

We often say (in French) “C’est quelque chose” meaning “That’s something” when we speak about something we like or are surprised about. When my little girl was four years old, we were talking, and as she listened to our conversation she said, “DONKEY CHARGE!” We knew what she was trying to say… C’est quelque chose! From that day forward we coined the term “DONKEY CHARGE” for “That’s something!” It became our family saying.

We believe our Cajun seasoning is “something” good! So, the name “DONKEY CHARGE” was fitting! Just as the seasoning name brought many laughs and memories to our family, we hope we can share and deliver the same joy to your family and friends and to your dish!
